I personally have struggled many years trying to lose weight. It is something a lot of us have a problem with in life. But it’s amazing how fast we can give up on are self so fast. Failure is a choose and being overweight is to because we can change it just have to work hard and sacrifice some things.What I realized was that losing those unwanted pounds wasn’t as easy as gaining them. I tried multiple diets and failed I tried to count carbs,calories,and also I tried to eat like a rabbit didn’t work either. But what I got out of all that is that you don’t have to count or even track I just started to eat smaller meals and more of like a healthy snake and meat every couple of hours. Because they say that eating more times a day and smaller meals as in protein and drinking a lot of water can speed up your metabolism.
So that’s what I did and I also worked out 4 to 5 times a week at least 45mins to an hour and guess what in about 6 to 8 months I went from a size 38 to a size 32. I know what your thinking 6 Size drop isn’t a lot but trust me it was great and I went from 216 pounds down to 190 that’s a whooping 26 pounds now tell me why can’t you do it. My guess is you can you jus haven’t tried hard enough or really gave it your all go out and do it again and again until you have a little success story to tell of your own journey.
